Bad Dog

Oscar and I are both done with winter!
It has been so cloud, that this little dog went on a poop strike this morning! He just looked at me and said it is way too cold to poop this morning, thank you I will go back inside. Let's hope for a quick winter. It has been too cold this year and I do not believe I can handle any more little dog poop strikes.

Again....

And....we found the password again! This time I am going to write it down!

Yes! I am back in... I had forgotten my password for awhile, but I finally found where I had left it, so I will be updating this blog on a more day to day basis now.... Oscar is as happy as when he goes for a car ride, I have to say he was as disappointed that I had lost the password as when we told him we were going for a walk and then decided on brunch instead and we just drove around the block! He felt cheated and sad that day too.

Washington Park

I took Oscar to Wash Park before I went to work today. I can not believe how many geese were there, I have a complete fear of beaks and feathers, so this raised my anxiety level, it looks like a convention of angry geese. Oscar could not believe the amount of birds either, thank goodness they are all on the water so far. We walked all the way around the lake and he was so exhausted. He was so excited to go, and was standing up and whining at the other dogs taking walks...not on the way back, he was completely sleeping. That is what he gets with such short legs!

Oscar's New Year's Eve

Happy New Year's Eve! Oscar was not in the mood for the holiday this year. He choose to spend the evening at home in bed hiding from the upcoming year. When we got home tonight he snuggled up in my lap and fell asleep! snoring asleep! ...and when I tried to put him to bed, I got the pound puppy look and then he barked at me! What is that about? Oscar did have a hard day today, I tried to make him sit for me, we took a short walk, and he slept all night. What a silly boy. Karrie and I went and saw The Producers tonight it was good, and Nathan Lane as always was fabulous. Don't forget to keep it Gay! I hope that Oscar is in a better mood next year, the holidays always make him so tried. I hope he plans on sleeping in, the 5:30 am wake up call he has started recently is crazy! No one in the house other than the weiner dog is up that early. Hmmm...maybe that is why he is so exhausted. See you next year.

Oscar's Talents

Karrie thinks I can not teach the dog how to balance the ipod on his head, but I already have Hank waiting patiently in a box for me. Oscar might be slightly less focused than Hank though. It is hard to get Oscar to sit still for a picture as you can see along with his full set of lower teeth. I can not imagine him sitting still while I balance expensive electronics on his head and make him be calm. Maybe the next time he is sleeping I will put the ipod on his head and take his picture, that is the most concentration that he gives to anything, sleeping. hmm.... I think I am going to have to just go out and buy that new ipod myself, or superimpose the ipod on his head.
